- Weak or no steam. The steam boiler or steam valve is the usual suspect when the shot brews fine but steam won't hold. We test the boiler circuit and clear scale from the valve and wand tip.
- Thin or bitter shots on the Oracle. Dull burrs and a drifting dose change the extraction over time. We inspect the burrs and reset the dose.
