-
What does the pickup deposit include?
Pickup, bench diagnosis, and return deposits start at $150. Jura, Miele, and home La Marzocco machines are $175; commercial La Marzocco equipment is $250–$550. The deposit is not credited toward the repair.
-
How long do diagnosis and repair take?
Diagnostics can take up to a week; most repairs run 3–4 weeks.
-
How often should a commercial espresso machine be descaled here?
On Bay Area hard water, about every six months for a machine in daily service. Skipping it is the single biggest cause of boiler and group failures we see.
-
Do you offer maintenance contracts?
Yes. Twice-yearly or quarterly preventive bench service with documented descaling, gaskets, and screens, so the machine fails less and lasts longer.
Ready when you are.
