Repair, maintenance, and the upkeep that keeps a busy machine pulling clean shots. We work on espresso machines, super-automatics, grinders, and the water circuit inside the machine for cafes, restaurants, offices, homeowners, and commercial accounts across 65 Bay Area cities plus San Francisco. Franke authorized service with A-Line technical certification. Pickup, bench diagnosis, and return deposits start at $200 and are not credited toward repair.

Pickup, bench service, return
Home espresso machines belong on a proper bench.
We take Breville (including Oracle Jet, Oracle Touch, Oracle Dual Boiler and BES920 Dual Boiler), plus DeLonghi, Gaggia, Rancilio, Lelit, Olympia Express, Rocket, ECM, Profitec, Miele, La Marzocco, and similar machines. Pickup and return are included. Keurig, Cuisinart, and household Nespresso capsule and drip machines remain outside our service.

What does the pickup deposit include?
Pickup, bench diagnosis, and return deposits start at $200. Commercial espresso machines (Nuova Simonelli and similar) are $200–$450 by model. Miele and home La Marzocco machines are $200; Olympia Express (Cremina, Maximatic) machines are $250; commercial La Marzocco equipment is $250–$550. The deposit is not credited toward the repair.

How long do diagnosis and repair take?
Diagnostics can take up to a week; most repairs run 3–4 weeks.

How often should a commercial espresso machine be descaled here?
Check the maintenance instructions for your exact model. Water quality, use and service history affect when it needs attention. If the manual does not give a clear interval, ask the manufacturer or a technician to assess the machine.

Do you offer maintenance contracts?
Yes. Twice-yearly or quarterly preventive bench service with documented descaling, gaskets, and screens, so the machine fails less and lasts longer.
