What we do. What we fix.
When the machine dies mid-service, every minute is lost sales
A dead espresso machine on a Saturday morning is not a minor inconvenience. Call and tell us it is affecting service. We will confirm a pickup window, then diagnose the machine on the bench.
We handle emergency repair for cafes, restaurants, offices, hotels, QSR kitchens, and convenience stores across the Tri-Valley and East Bay, seven days a week, 7AM to 7PM.
When to call us now
No power at all. Tripped breaker, blown element shorting to ground, or a failed board. If it keeps tripping the breaker, stop and call. That’s an electrical fault, not a reset.
Water everywhere. A burst hose, a cracked fitting, or a valve that won’t seat. Shut the water supply if you can and get us on the phone.
No water reaching the group or brewer. Pump, inlet valve, or autofill failure. The machine’s on but nothing’s coming out.
No steam, or no heat. Boiler or element down. You can’t run a bar without steam.
Machine making a noise it shouldn’t. Grinding, banging, or a loud pump. Turn it off before it turns one problem into three.
Leaking onto electrical. That’s a safety stop. Power it down at the wall and call.
What to do while you wait
If it is safe, shut off the machine and the water supply. Do not keep cycling power on something that trips a breaker. Have the make, model, and a clear description ready when you call so we can plan pickup.
How we move on an emergency
We get the details, confirm the pickup deposit, and collect the machine for bench diagnosis. Deposits start at $150, include pickup and return, and are not credited toward repair. Diagnostics can take up to a week, and most repairs run three to four weeks. That is exactly why we recommend preventive maintenance: a maintained machine does not sit in a repair queue for a month. You receive a written repair estimate and timeline after diagnosis. Where practical, we also suggest a temporary workaround while the machine is away.
