- Most calls inside the Tri-Valley get a same-day or next-day slot. East Bay is typically next-day. A machine down during service goes to the front of the line and we work the dispatch from there.
- Do you handle after-hours emergencies?
- Yes. A cafe or kitchen with its only espresso machine down mid-service is exactly what the line is for. Call (925) 999-4095 and we prioritize it based on the issue.
- What payment methods do you take?
- Card, check, ACH, and HouseCall Pro online checkout. Invoice goes out the same day we close the job. No cash-only catch.
- Which brands do you service?
