We pick up your espresso machine, super-automatic, or grinder, diagnose it on the bench, and bring it back. Pickup and return are included, and same-day pickup is often available. No lugging your machine across the bridge.
Down after hours or on a weekend? Call any time, our line records the request, and we follow up during business hours or first thing in the morning if you reach us overnight.

How much does pickup and bench diagnosis cost?
Pickup, bench diagnosis, and return deposits start at $150. Commercial espresso machines (Nuova Simonelli and similar) are $150–$450 by model. Jura, Miele, and home La Marzocco machines are $175; Olympia Express (Cremina, Maximatic) machines are $250; commercial La Marzocco equipment is $250–$550. The deposit is not credited toward the repair. 6 months on parts and labor, 90 days on consumables. If the same fault comes back, we fix it again at no charge.

Diagnostics can take up to a week; most repairs run 3–4 weeks.

Which brands do you actually service?
We're Franke-certified on the A-Line super-automatics and La Marzocco authorized with factory training completed in August 2026. We also service Nuova Simonelli, Victoria Arduino, La Cimbali, Faema, Rancilio, Jura, WMF, and the rest of the machines a Bay Area coffee bar runs on.

Why do you recommend preventive maintenance?
Because diagnostics can take up to a week; most repairs run 3–4 weeks. A maintained machine does not sit in a repair queue for a month.
