Quick answers
What people ask before they book.
The short version. The full list lives on the FAQ page.
-
How much does pickup and bench diagnosis cost?
Pickup, bench diagnosis, and return deposits start at $150. Jura, Miele, and home La Marzocco machines are $175; commercial La Marzocco equipment is $250–$550. The deposit is not credited toward the repair. 6 months on parts and 90 days on consumables.
-
How long does diagnosis and repair take?
Diagnostics can take up to a week; most repairs run 3–4 weeks.
-
Which brands do you actually service?
We're Franke-certified on the A-Line super-automatics, and we service La Marzocco, Nuova Simonelli, Victoria Arduino, La Cimbali, Faema, Rancilio, Jura, WMF, and the rest of the machines a Bay Area coffee bar runs on.
-
Why do you recommend preventive maintenance?
Because diagnostics can take up to a week; most repairs run 3–4 weeks. A maintained machine does not sit in a repair queue for a month.
