Nespresso Professional is the side of the brand most people never see at home. These are the machines running in office break rooms, hotel lobbies, catering setups, and busy counters: the Momento line, the Aguila 220 and 440, the Zenius, and the older Gemini. They’re capsule-based and built for volume, which is exactly why a problem in one machine can stall a whole floor of people waiting on their morning cup.

We service Nespresso Professional equipment as an independent repair company. We are not a Nespresso factory dealer, and we don’t sell capsules or new units. What we do is keep your existing machine running, and we’re straight about that up front.

What tends to break

Most calls fall into a few buckets. The capsule mechanism jams or stops piercing cleanly, so you get a weak pour or no pour at all. Pumps lose pressure and the shot comes out fast and thin. Heating elements and thermoblocks fail, which means lukewarm coffee or an error code and a dead machine. On the milk-equipped models like the Momento Coffee & Milk and the Aguila, the milk circuit is the usual troublemaker: clogged lines, a worn frothing component, or buildup that throws off temperature and texture.

Scale is the quiet killer here. Bay Area tap water leaves mineral deposits inside the boiler and valves, and over months that restricts flow, trips sensors, and shortens the life of every heated part. A machine that’s never been descaled on schedule will show it.

On the Aguila and Momento touchscreen units, we also see electronic faults: unresponsive displays, sensor errors, and control board issues that throw codes the staff can’t clear.

Honest claim tier

We’re an independent service company for Nespresso Professional. No factory authorization, no special dealer status, no marketing dressing it up as something it isn’t. The $150 deposit covers pickup, bench diagnosis, and return and is not credited toward repair; extra bench time is $150 per hour. Diagnostics can take up to a week, and most repairs run 3–4 weeks. We do not accept household Nespresso capsule machines.
