Breville Oracle and Dual Boiler repair

We repair Breville espresso machines independently. The Oracle and Dual Boiler models featured above are the focus of this page. Send the full model name from the label, any display message and the step where the machine stops when you request pickup.

Before pickup, note whether the problem affects brewing, steam, hot water or grinding. Keep a photo of any warning already on the display. You do not need to open the machine or repeat a fault to demonstrate it.

Start with the instructions for your model

On the BES920, three startup beeps can mean that the steam lever is open. A flashing hot-water light is a separate warning about the hot-water dial. Our BES920 control-position guide explains the manual’s checks and when to stop.

On the Oracle Touch, manual milk mode requires the operator to stop steaming. The BES990 milk-mode guide separates that behavior from the automatic cycle. That guide covers the BES990 only.

Pickup, diagnosis and the repair decision

The Breville deposit is $200. Pickup, bench diagnosis and the return trip are included; the deposit does not reduce the repair bill. Additional bench time is $150 per hour. Diagnosis can take up to a week, and most repairs take 3–4 weeks.

We send a written repair quote after diagnosis. You decide whether to proceed from that quote. When booking, include previous repair details or a receipt if the same fault has returned, so the technician has that history with the machine.
