We inspect the affected water path at the bench. A gasket at the group cannot be assumed to explain water from inside the cabinet. The repair proposal follows the location and cause found during diagnosis.
Check ordinary removable items safely
The operator guide may permit checking the tray or reservoir after safe shutdown. Keep the cabinet closed and do not handle a wet electrical connection.
Bring previous repair details
If a seal or hose was already replaced, include that information. It helps us investigate the unresolved leak without treating the earlier guess as a confirmed cause.

Repair coverage: parts 6 months; labor 6 months; consumables 90 days. A return of the same repaired fault is corrected without another charge.
