- No steam on an Oracle Touch or Dual Boiler. Weak or dead steam with a normal shot points to the steam boiler or valve. We test the circuit and clear scale from the wand path, which Peninsula water builds up over time.
- Water leaking under the machine. Usually a hardened seal at the group or a loose drip-path fitting, not a failed machine. We trace the leak and replace the actual part before it reaches the control board.
