- Machine overheats and shuts off in a tight kitchen. In a lot of Daly City kitchens the Breville sits close to the wall with little room to breathe. Heat builds around the boiler, the thermal cutout trips, and the machine shuts down mid-session. We open up clearance where we can and replace the cutout or thermostat if it has already failed.
- Steam wand loses pressure. A wand that used to steam milk fast and now barely moves it points at a clogged tip or a failing steam solenoid. We clear the tip, test the valve, and replace the solenoid if it is stuck.
- Grinder dose drifts over time. On the Oracle and Oracle Touch, the built-in grinder's burrs wear down and the auto-dose starts missing target weight. We inspect the burrs and reset the calibration so the dose holds steady again.
