- Brew pressure reads low on the gauge. On a Dual Boiler or Oracle, a low gauge and a gushing shot point at a worn pump or an OPV that bleeds off early. We test actual pressure and replace or reset the valve so the gauge and the shot line up.
- Second boiler heats slow. Scale settles in the dual-boiler system and drags down heat-up. We descale or open the affected boiler and clear the deposits so both sides recover.
- Oracle grinder doses uneven. The Oracle's built-in grinder drifts as the burrs wear. We inspect and reset the burrs so the auto-dose stays even.
