A great machine installed badly is a problem waiting to happen

We see it all the time. A shop buys a serious espresso machine, hooks it up themselves or has a handyman do it, and a month later there’s a leak under the counter, scale building because there’s no filtration, or shots that never quite dial in because the water pressure isn’t right. Installation is plumbing, electrical, and calibration together, and getting it right at the start saves you a year of small headaches.

We install commercial coffee and espresso machines for cafes, restaurants, offices, hotels, and roasters opening or upgrading across the Tri-Valley and East Bay.

What an install includes

  • Confirm the site is ready: water, drain, and power in the right places
  • Connect to the water line at the correct pressure, with a regulator if needed
  • Install or check water filtration matched to your water
  • Set the drain and check it runs clean
  • Level the machine so extraction and drainage are even
  • Power up, set boiler pressure, brew temperature, and pump pressure to spec
  • Calibrate the grinder and dial in a starting recipe
  • Run test shots and steam, then check for leaks under load
  • Walk your staff through daily cleaning and what to watch

We don’t leave until it’s making coffee correctly and there’s nothing dripping where it shouldn’t.

If you’re planning a build-out in Dublin or fitting a machine into a tight office kitchen in San Ramon, we can look at the space before the machine arrives and flag anything that’ll cause trouble, water pressure that’s too low, a drain that’s too far, power that won’t carry the load. Better to know before the equipment shows up than after.

We’re an independent service company, not a dealer, so we don’t have a brand to sell you. If you’ve already bought the machine, we’ll install it right. If you’re still deciding, we’ll give you an honest opinion based on what we actually see fail and last in the field.

Brands we install

La Marzocco, Nuova Simonelli, Victoria Arduino, Rancilio, Slayer, Synesso, Astoria, CMA, Wega, the bean-to-cup and super-automatic office brands, and batch brewers from Bunn, Curtis, and Fetco. We’re a Franke Coffee Systems certified technician on the A-Line super-automatics (A300 through A1000), so a Franke install is done to factory spec, calibrated and tested properly.

For Astoria, CMA, and Wega we source parts and accessories through our RCW distributor partner.
