- Brew unit service. Long restaurant hours on 25th Avenue put more cycles through the brew unit than a typical office ever sees, and the wear shows up first as a machine that hesitates before it engages the brew chamber. We rebuild that linkage and reset the cycle timing so it fires clean again.
- FoamMaster milk system repair. High-volume restaurant units clog the FoamMaster's milk lines and wear the pump down. We clear the lines and rebuild the pump instead of just cleaning the wand.
- Grinder calibration and burr swap. Busy counter service wears burrs down and the grind drifts off, so shots start pulling fast. We replace worn burrs and reset the dose to spec.
