- Brew group seal replacement. The A-Line brew unit's seals harden with age and start leaking or jamming mid-cycle. We replace the seals and confirm the unit brews clean before return.
- Grinder burr wear and dose drift. Downtown cafes running steady volume wear through burrs faster than an office breakroom machine. We swap the burrs and reset the dose to spec.
- Boiler descaling and heating faults. Scale buildup in the boiler drops brew temperature and eventually trips a heating fault. We descale first and repair the element if that's not enough on its own.

We pick up the machine in Redwood City, diagnose it on the bench, and return it. Pickup and return are included, and you get the repair quote after diagnosis.
