We're certified on the Franke A-Line as of June 2026, plus the McDonald's IHT exam, so QSR and cafe units alike get a tech who knows the platform.
The $150 deposit includes pickup, bench diagnosis, and return and is not credited toward repair. Extra bench time is $150 per hour. Diagnostics can take up to a week; most repairs run 3–4 weeks. That is exactly why we recommend preventive maintenance: a maintained machine does not sit in a repair queue for a month.

- Brew unit service. Jams and worn seals on the A-Line brewer, the top reason a Franke stops making coffee.
- Heating and scale repair. Concord water leaves scale that drops brew temperature. We descale and fix heating faults.
- Grinder burr replacement. Worn burrs causing weak shots on busier Concord units. We swap and recalibrate.
