What we close on the truck.
- Grinder burr replacement. High-cycle machines on a campus floor wear burrs fast. We swap them and recalibrate dose so shots stop tasting weak or sour.
- Brew unit service. Seals, gaskets, and jam clearing on the A-Line brewer, the usual reason a Franke quits mid-morning rush.
- Milk system / FoamMaster fix. A clogged line or a failed pump on the FoamMaster side kills the foam. We clear and rebuild it so texture comes back.

A repair queue is easier to avoid than to rush.
We pick up the machine in Mountain View, diagnose it on the bench, and return it. Pickup and return are included, and you get the repair quote after diagnosis.
