- Grinder burr replacement. Steady daily volume at a school or club kitchen wears burrs down fast. We swap them and recalibrate dose so shots stop tasting flat.
- Brew unit service. Seals, gaskets, and jam clearing on the A-Line brewer, the most common reason a Franke stops making coffee mid-shift.
- Milk system / FoamMaster fix. Weak foam or a dead milk pump on the machine running the morning line before assembly. We clear and rebuild the milk side.
