Franke on-site service in Fremont for interrupted drink cycles
If a Franke stops partway through a drink, save the full message and identify the drink selected. For a Fremont visit, send the model and describe whether coffee, milk, and hot-water functions are all affected. The machine remains at your premises for diagnosis.
We provide authorized Franke repair service with A-Line and McDonald’s IHT technical certification. We inspect the relevant system before recommending parts; a message on its own does not identify a failed pump or brew assembly.

We explain the findings and proposed repair before work is approved. This booking does not use the espresso-machine pickup deposit.
Repair coverage: parts 6 months; labor 6 months; consumables 90 days. A return of the same repaired fault is corrected without another charge.
