A bench repair without the bridge haul

Bench work lets us test pressure, temperature, pumps, valves, and electronics with the machine open. You still do not have to turn the machine into a trunk-loading project. We handle pickup and return.

Diagnostics can take up to a week, and most repairs run three to four weeks. That is also why preventive maintenance matters: a maintained machine does not sit in a repair queue for a month.

It's the same crew that services commercial machines in cafes across the East Bay. Your Linea Mini gets the tech who worked on a two-group Linea that morning.

The home machines we pick up

This tier runs the same architecture as cafe equipment: E61 groups, heat exchangers, dual boilers, rotary and vibratory pumps, PID control. That's our daily work.

  • Breville, DeLonghi, Gaggia, Rancilio, and Lelit. Every Breville espresso model is accepted, including Barista and Bambino machines as well as Oracle and Dual Boiler. We also take comparable pump and boiler machines from the other brands listed here.
  • Rocket Espresso. R58, R58 Cinquantotto, R NINE ONE, Appartamento, Giotto, Mozzafiato. E61 group rebuilds, dual-boiler faults, pump and OPV work.
  • ECM. Synchronika, Elektronika, Technika, Classika, Mechanika. Including flow-control paddle service on the Synchronika, a real wear point on a daily machine.
  • Profitec. Pro 700, Pro 800, Pro 600, Pro 500, Pro 400. Same German dual-boiler and heat-exchanger platforms as ECM, same faults, same fixes.
  • La Marzocco home machines. Linea Mini and GS3 machines use the same bench rate and pickup tier. Commercial La Marzocco equipment has its own deposit range.

Got a different prosumer machine in this class? Call and ask. If it's built like the ones above, we can usually take it. We can also diagnose the grinder next to it under the same pickup and quote it separately, and hard Bay Area water means descaling on a schedule is the cheapest repair you'll ever book.

What we don't repair, and why

We don't take household capsule and drip machines from Keurig, Nespresso, or Cuisinart. DeLonghi espresso machines are accepted. Nespresso Professional commercial equipment is accepted too.

The line we draw is simple: if the machine is built to be repaired, with a pump or boiler and parts that exist, we repair it. Nespresso Professional equipment is built for commercial service, and we do service those.

Pricing, straight

Pickup, bench diagnosis, and return deposits start at $150. Jura, Miele, and home La Marzocco machines are $175; commercial La Marzocco equipment is $250–$550. The deposit is not credited toward the repair. Bench time beyond the deposit is $150/hour, or $175/hour for Jura, Miele, and La Marzocco. 6 months on parts and 90 days on consumables. You get a written repair quote after diagnosis. Licensed and insured, CSLB #1136642. Same crew and same 4.9-star record as ADRIUM Service Solutions, our parent company.

Questions home machine owners ask

Do you pick the machine up and bring it back?
Yes. Pickup, bench diagnosis, and return are included in the deposit. You do not have to carry the machine to a shop or haul it across the bridge.
Which machines do you work on?
Every Breville espresso model, plus DeLonghi, Gaggia, Rancilio, Lelit, Rocket, ECM, Profitec, Jura, Miele, La Marzocco, and similar repairable espresso machines.
Do you fix Keurig, Nespresso, or Cuisinart machines?
We do not take household capsule and drip machines from Keurig, Nespresso, or Cuisinart. Nespresso Professional commercial equipment is different, and we do service it.
Are you authorized by Rocket, ECM, Profitec, or La Marzocco?
No. We're an independent service company and we don't hold a factory authorization on any of these brands. We work on them because E61 groups, heat exchangers, and dual boilers are what we do all day on the commercial side. You get a written quote before any work, and CSLB #1136642 behind it.
What does pickup and bench diagnosis cost?
Pickup, bench diagnosis, and return deposits start at $150. Jura, Miele, and home La Marzocco machines are $175; commercial La Marzocco equipment is $250–$550. The deposit is not credited toward the repair. Bench time beyond the deposit is $150/hour, or $175/hour for Jura, Miele, and La Marzocco. 6 months on parts and 90 days on consumables.
How long does it take?
Diagnostics can take up to a week; most repairs run 3–4 weeks.
