Nuova Simonelli service in Hillsborough: one group or the whole machine?
When a Nuova Simonelli loses brewing performance, identifying the affected group is useful. For service in Hillsborough, report whether the other groups, steam, and hot water still operated. Include the model and panel version so we can plan the right assessment.
A problem confined to one brewing path calls for a different investigation from a machine-wide interruption. We test the actual equipment and prepare a repair proposal; the first description does not select the replacement part.
Keep group details separate
Record the warning and the selection made at each affected group. Do not alter several programmed doses while trying to describe the original fault.
Plan the bench visit
Our normal route is pickup and return. Tell us about fixed connections and access before collection is arranged, and plan for the diagnostic and repair periods below.
Pickup, assessment, and return
Commercial deposit: $200 to $450, selected by model. Additional bench work: $150 an hour.
The deposit pays for collection, bench diagnosis, and delivery back to you. It is not a credit against the repair charge. We seek your approval for the proposed repair.
Allow up to a week for diagnosis. Most repair jobs run 3–4 weeks; confirm the status of your own machine with us.
Repair coverage: parts 6 months; labor 6 months; consumables 90 days. A return of the same repaired fault is corrected without another charge.

Before you book
Does a weak group prove the pump failed?
No. The brewing path and relevant controls need assessment before a component diagnosis.
