- Brew unit service on single-machine office accounts. When one machine covers a whole office, downtime matters. We pick up the machine and service the brew unit and piston seals on the bench.
- Milk system troubleshooting. Weak or absent foam on a bean-to-cup almost always traces to a clogged milk line or a worn pump. We clear the path and rebuild the pump so cappuccinos come back to normal.
- Heating element and descale service. A machine that used to heat up fast and now takes several extra minutes is telling you scale has built up around the element. We descale it properly and replace the element only if it has actually failed.
