Local water is hard, so scale in the thermoblock and lines is the most common thing we find. We clear it and put filtration on the inlet so it holds up.

- Office machine brew unit rebuild. Bishop Ranch breakroom Juras run hundreds of cups a week. We rebuild the brew group, replace seals, and reset extraction so pours stop running short.
- Grinder and dosing. Worn burrs throw the dose off and the coffee goes weak. We service or replace the burrs on an X8 or GIGA and reset the grind.
- Descale and filtration. Hard local water scales the heater. We descale and add the right filter so a high-traffic machine keeps its temperature.
