- Grinder calibration. Grind drift is the usual reason shots turn bitter or thin. We recalibrate the grinder to the machine's real spec.
- Milk system cleaning and repair. A failing pump or clogged line on the automatic milk system is the most common call we get. We clear and repair the entire path.
