Common repairs we do
What we close on the truck.
- High-volume brew unit rebuild. Office-traffic use pushes a Jura hard. We rebuild or replace the brew group on a GIGA or WE8 so pours stop running short.
- Dual-grinder service. GIGA models run two grinders, and heavy office use dulls the burrs fast. We service both and reset the dose.
- Descale and filtration. Hard water scales the heater and lines. We flush it and add filtration so flow and temperature hold up through the day.

A repair queue is easier to avoid than to rush.
We pick up the machine in Palo Alto, diagnose it on the bench, and return it. Pickup and return are included, and you get the repair quote after diagnosis.
