Bunn brewer and bean-to-cup repair across the Bay Area

Bunn builds commercial coffee brewing equipment: batch brewers, the Crescendo bean-to-cup line, hot water dispensers, and grinders. Its machines sit in restaurants, offices, hotels, and quick-service counters, and when one stops, coffee service stops with it.

We are an independent service company. We are not a Bunn authorized dealer or factory service center, and we do not claim to be. We repair the equipment, source the parts, and keep it brewing.

What tends to wear on Bunn equipment

• Valve diaphragms, seals, and O-rings. Bunn brewers and bean-to-cup units run water through a lot of small rubber parts, and those parts harden and leak with age. A machine that drips or leaks every time it runs is usually here.
• Silicone lines. Coffee oils stiffen and stain the tubing until it stops sealing. The Crescendo we rebuilt in Union City needed every line replaced.
• Scale. Bay Area water leaves scale in tanks, heaters, and sprayheads. Slow brew cycles, weak coffee, and low water temperature often trace back to it.
• Mixer and dispense path on bean-to-cup units. Grounds and powder residue build up until the mixer backs up.
• Grinder wear. Dull burrs, blocked chutes, and dosing drift on Crescendo units and standalone Bunn grinders.

What we service

Batch brewers, Crescendo bean-to-cup machines, hot water dispensers, and Bunn grinders: leaks, brew path rebuilds, annual maintenance kits (diaphragms, seals, O-rings, silicone lines), descaling, heating and temperature faults, mixer and dispense path cleaning, and grinder burr and dosing work.

How a call works

The $150 deposit covers pickup, bench diagnosis, and return and is not credited toward repair. Extra bench time is $150 per hour. Diagnostics can take up to a week, and most repairs run 3-4 weeks. Plumbed-in brewers and bean-to-cup units that cannot leave the kitchen are handled on site, the way the Union City visit below went. Repair timelines and parts lead times are agreed up front, before work starts.
