Start with the model on the BUNN identification plate. Premia and Fast Cup use different documentation. The tables below keep their notices separate so a cleaning prompt does not get mistaken for a component fault on another brewer.
References use physical PDF pages. On a phone, scroll a table sideways to reach its last columns.

These are selected labels from the manufacturer’s Premia service manual. A label identifies what the machine reported; diagnosis still belongs with a technician. Send the complete notice and model with the service request. Keep covers closed.

The first column in this table quotes the operator guide’s descriptions. They are not transcriptions of every screen label and are not numbered fault codes. Source: Fast Cup with Auto Clean Installation & Operating Guide, 59233.0000 A, March 2025, PDF pages 50–52.
If the screen is lit but the Fast Cup won’t brew at all, see BUNN Fast Cup will not brew: lockout, sleep or a fault?
Tray confirmation during Auto Clean
The guide says a confirmation can appear after the tray is reinstalled. Answer Yes only if the tray was cleaned; otherwise answer No and complete the cleaning. Its illustrated tray sequence is to open the lower door, remove and clean the tray, reinstall it, then close the door. Use the matching care instructions for the machine in front of you.
A progress bar appears during the cleaning cycle, and the machine returns to its main screen when cleaning finishes. A persistent fault belongs in a service request; this page does not offer an internal reset or a repair procedure.
Other BUNN models
These sources do not establish meanings for every dispenser, frozen-beverage unit or older brewer. If your model or message is missing, record the full text instead of matching only part of it to the Premia table.
Independent BUNN service follows the equipment’s installation. Building-plumbed equipment is diagnosed on site; countertop equipment goes to the bench, with its bench price confirmed at booking. For equipment still under manufacturer warranty, use the manufacturer’s service channel first.
