- Volumetric dosing off. On S-Series and MVP machines the flow meter drives shot volume. When doses creep or read inconsistently, we clean or replace the meter and recheck the calibration.
- Three-way valve leaks. A group that dribbles after the shot or won't release pressure cleanly usually has a worn three-way solenoid valve. We rebuild or replace it and restore a clean cutoff.
- Electrical and PID faults. Synesso runs real electronics. We trace controller errors, failed SSRs, and probe faults rather than throwing parts at a flashing display.
