- Scale buildup from hard water. Livermore water is hard, and Synesso's separate brew and steam boilers both scale over time. We descale, flush, and check the heating elements for damage.
- Brew pressure not holding. If a group can't reach or hold pressure, we look at the pump, the expansion valve, and the group internals to find where the drop is happening.
- Display and controller errors. When the PID throws a probe or sensor error, we diagnose the actual circuit instead of swapping the whole board on a hunch.

Is the Hydra harder to service than the MVP?
The Hydra has independent boilers per group, which is more hardware but also more isolated faults. We're comfortable on both. -
Are you certified by Synesso?
No. We're an independent repair company. We service Synesso machines without claiming a factory authorization we don't hold. -
