- Group head temperature drift. Synesso's per-group PID is the whole point of the platform. When a group starts running hot or cold, we check the temperature probe, the heater element, and the controller before swapping anything expensive.
- Slow or weak pump pressure. A rotary pump that won't hold nine bar usually traces back to the pump itself, a worn expansion valve, or a clogged inlet screen. We test pressure under load, not just at idle.
- Steam wand and boiler issues. Millbrae water builds scale fast. We descale the steam boiler, rebuild leaking steam valves, and replace cracked wand tips that ruin milk texture.
