A Cameo that stops dispensing can be asking for an operator step or reporting a hardware fault. Its user manual separates error messages from stop messages. Photograph the complete display before clearing a notice, and use the matching row below.
This reference covers the Cameo User Manual with C’choco, V4.0, dated 7 August 2026. It does not transfer Cameo meanings to Shotmaster, Enigma or Legacy machines. For a Legacy+, use the Legacy+ hopper and grinder guide. All references are physical PDF pages; the tables scroll sideways on narrow screens.

Empty, missing or awaiting confirmation
The drawer rows cover three different checks: whether it is full, whether it is inserted, and whether you confirm that it was emptied after removal. For the confirmation prompt, answer according to what you actually did. During cleaning the drawer can contain hot water; follow the warning and handle it carefully.
If the machine still reports a missing drawer with the drawer correctly seated, arrange service. Do not hold a sensor or switch in place to make the machine run.
Cameo external-interface stop
Source: Cameo User Manual with C’choco, Art. 105622 / SAP 5700105622, V4.0, 7 August 2026, PDF page 67.

|---|---|---|---|
| S-027 | Interface not detected. All products are locked. | Call a technician. | 67 |
All drinks locked by the external interface
The explanation on PDF page 67 says this message occurs with an external CSI or CCI interface. It does not say which function that interface performs. Tell the technician which connected equipment is present and whether the message followed a connection or configuration change. Leave configuration and bypass decisions to service.
Cameo waiting states

These two rows are waiting states. The manual asks the operator to let initialization or heating finish and to contact service if a message persists.

The fault table retains each code and its leading displayed description. Internal inspection instructions have been left out. A communication, sensor or boiler message needs diagnosis; it is not permission to change a component based on the label alone.
For independent Eversys repair, send the model, the notice and whether coffee, hot water or milk drinks stopped. Manufacturer-warranty faults should go to the manufacturer’s service channel first.
