What we do. What we fix.
Your coffee equipment is a workhorse, and it breaks like one
A cafe in Walnut Creek pulls a few hundred cups before noon. An office in Pleasanton runs its bean-to-cup machine from 7 until the last meeting. A diner in Concord leaves the batch brewer on all day. That kind of duty wears parts out, and when the machine quits, you’re losing sales by the hour.
We fix commercial coffee machines for cafes, restaurants, offices, convenience stores, hotels, and QSR kitchens. Brewers, batch coffee makers, thermal and airpot systems, bean-to-cup super-automatics, decanter warmers, the works. If it makes coffee for paying customers, we work on it.
What we cover
- Automatic and pour-over batch brewers (single and twin)
- Bean-to-cup and super-automatic office machines
- Thermal carafe and airpot systems
- Hot water towers and tea brewers
- Decanter and satellite warmers
- Plumbed-in and pour-over water lines
- Controls, displays, and electronics
Symptoms we see all the time
No water, or weak flow. Usually a clogged inlet valve, a scaled heating tank, or a tired pump. We test the line pressure before we guess.
Coffee comes out lukewarm. The tank isn’t holding temperature. Could be a heating element, a thermostat, or scale insulating the tank wall.
Brews too slow or too fast. Spray head clogged, flow restrictor gummed up, or a valve sticking.
Leaks underneath. A cracked fitting, a worn seal, or a tank that’s started to corrode. We find the actual source instead of just wiping it up.
Error codes on the bean-to-cup unit. Grinder jam, brew group fault, drainage sensor. We read the code and check the part it’s actually pointing at.
Burnt or bitter coffee with no recipe change. Almost always temperature drift or a fouled brew path.
How pickup and bench service work
You call, we get the make and model and a quick description of what’s happening, then confirm the pickup window.
We pick up the machine and run a real bench diagnosis. The deposit starts at $150, covers pickup, diagnosis, and return, and is not credited toward the repair. We tell you what is wrong, what it costs to fix, and whether the repair makes sense for a machine that age.
Diagnostics can take up to a week, and most repairs run three to four weeks. If a part needs ordering, the written quote says so before repair starts.
Brands we service
We work on Bunn, Curtis, Fetco, Newco, Cecilware, Bloomfield, and the common office bean-to-cup brands. We’re a Franke Coffee Systems certified technician on the A-Line super-automatics (A300 through A1000), trained at Smyrna in 2026, so Franke equipment gets factory-level service. For Astoria, CMA, and Wega we pull parts through our RCW distributor partner.
We’re an independent service company, not a dealer. We don’t push you toward a brand or a new machine to earn a commission. If the honest answer is that your unit is done, the bench findings will say so before you approve a repair.
