- Weak or inconsistent extraction. A worn brew unit or a grinder that's drifted will throw off shot weight and strength. We check the brew group, calibrate the grind, and verify dose by weight.
- Steam and hot water faults. Boiler temperature swings or steam that quits mid-service usually points to a heating element, sensor, or scale buildup. We test and clear it.
