What we close on the truck.
- Cremiser milk problems. The milk volume on a tight Solano Avenue bar clogs the Cremiser fast and the foam goes flat. We rebuild the milk path and get texture back.
- Grinder drift. Running twin grinders back to back all morning drifts them out of calibration and shots come out uneven. We bring both back into calibration and confirm dose on a scale.
- Brew group wear. Constant volume wears the brew unit and its seals. We swap the worn parts and reset extraction.
- Steam and boiler faults. A boiler losing steam or swinging in temperature usually means a heating fault or scale buildup. We track it down and clear it.
