- Eagle One temperature swings. The NEO heat exchange system is part of what makes the Eagle One efficient, but a tired temperature sensor or a scaled element throws your brew temp off. We diagnose and replace the failing part.
- Mythos grinder clumping and slow dosing. Mythos burrs dull and the chamber gums up with oils, especially with oily blends. We clean, re-season, and swap burrs when they're worn past spec.
- Steam wand and valve leaks. Worn steam valve seals drip and waste pressure. We rebuild the valve and reseat the wand.
