- Brew unit won't cycle. The brew group on a CM series jams or throws a fault after heavy office use. We pull it, clean or replace the seals and drive, and get it brewing again.
- Grinder burrs worn flat. Office machines grind all day. Dull burrs make weak, slow shots. We swap burrs and recalibrate the grind.
- Descale fault that won't clear. Dublin water is hard. The descale warning comes back even after a cycle when scale has built up inside the boiler. We do a real internal descale, not just a button press.
